Support in professional development to optimize the quality of work

Supervision offers support for the management of professional tasks, reflection on professional action and the development of professional and psychosocial skills. 
Supervision aims to support and optimize processes of learning, change and development in individuals, groups and teams. In doing so, she works on the level of perception, reflection and action. Supervision always takes into account the overall context of the organization and the particularities of the professional field  where the individual  carries out its activities*.

- Awareness of the dynamic inherent in the working relationship with clients and learners

- The development of personal and professional resources
- Assistance in managing and controlling stress and conflict situations
- The advice inherent in the clarification of the role and the function
- Preparation for new functions in the organization

GROUP SUPERVISION

Support for: 
- Professionals when designing, developing and implementing projects in a specific field of work
- People in training and/or  young professionals in their integration into the professional field.

Group supervision is an offer for groups within but also outside organizations: groups of projects, work, people in training as well as groups composed of people with a function of responsibility.

TEAM SUPERVISION

Support in team development

Goals:
- Renew or deepen ways of cooperating to optimize team performance
- Give tools to manage conflicts
- Prepare teams for changes within the organization and support them during the implementation phase.

PEDAGOGICAL SUPERVISION

Develop the analysis of the student's professional interventions

Goals:
- Promote questioning of  acts and  student's professional responsibilities
- Contribute to the construction of the student's professional identity and role
- Develop and integrate the learning acquired during the practical training periods
- Develop greater professional autonomy.
