Supervision aims to support and optimize processes of learning, change and development in individuals, groups and teams. In doing so, she works on the level of perception, reflection and action. Supervision always takes into account the overall context of the organization and the particularities of the professional field where the individual carries out its activities*.

INDIVIDUAL SUPERVISION

- Professionals when designing, developing and implementing projects in a specific field of work
- People in training and/or young professionals in their integration into the professional field.
Group supervision is an offer for groups within but also outside organizations: groups of projects, work, people in training as well as groups composed of people with a function of responsibility.
