My name is Sarah. After 5 years in financial analysis and wealth management, I decided to turn to the world of social work. I worked for 10 years in professional reintegration where I specialized in the coaching method. I then opened my own practice in order to offer personalized and professional support to a wider audience. I hold a degree in business management from the University of Fribourg and the Federal Diploma of Supervisor-Coach.

You have changed positions within your company following a deserved promotion, but you are wondering about the new posture to have in front of your former colleagues. You don't feel comfortable managing your team and don't know if what you are doing is right. You feel stressed, tired, borderline overwhelmed and you are looking for ways to manage this stress, perhaps to prevent burnout or simply to improve your comfort at work. You want to strengthen your communication within your team and feel more at ease in managing conflicts. You are looking to change position, professional field, but do not know where to start, or in which direction to go. You want to boost your skills, strengthen your self-confidence or develop a new professional project.
Here are some examples of topics covered in coaching.
Coaching can be done individually or in groups of 4 to 6 people.
The sessions take place in a calm and comfortable space. They can also be organized by video.
Individual or collective supervision is used to support people in their professional field.
The objective is to improve professional skills, working conditions and the atmosphere that prevails in the company. It's about working on a specific professional situation to bring out new ideas and that everyone leaves with their spark.
