Eager for new experiences, I started my professional career in London in an American multinational. As an analyst, I traveled to different countries to meet finance professionals. Back in Switzerland, I decided to radically change my career in order to align myself with my values and find real meaning in my work. I returned to Valais to take up a position in professional reintegration. Accompanying people in difficulty at a key moment in their life has become my goal. I have taken several continuing education courses and hold a generalist certificate in social insurance, a CAS in job coaching and active placement, a professional coaching certificate and a coaching certificate on the affirmation of self. The discovery and practice of the coaching method deeply moved me. It was like a spark that sprung up and guided me in my own personal development. I discovered powerful and easy-to-use tools that allow you to get to know yourself better and understand the rest of the world. At the same time, I discovered the practice of meditation which helps me open up to a new dimension.

I like to learn and I am convinced of the potential of each individual. So I decided in the summer of 2019 to dedicate myself solely to coaching and that's how I founded my own Sàrl called Cabinet l'étoile. As a supervisor-coach, I accompany people who are questioning themselves in their professional life. I offer them a favorable environment and ideal conditions to engage in a process of reflection and change so that they can take back control of their lives. I am also specialized in professional reintegration and I work in collaboration with the AI office of the canton of Valais within the framework of rehabilitation measures. Finally, I am also involved in companies to support executives and managers in managing the many professional challenges they face.

In perpetual search for improvement, I followed Catherie Vasey's course on the detection, assessment and treatment of burnout and I obtained the federal diploma of Supervisor-Coach. Member of the Swiss Ethics Coaching Association (SECA), I have signed a code of conduct and ethics for the coaching profession.

Graduated from the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, I practiced for two years in this city, at the Clinique la Source, as assistant to the housekeeper. Up and running and in love with this profession, I have worked since 1999 as a governess at the Clinique romande de readaptation in Sion. Of course 23 years may seem like a long time, but the challenges leading a team of 30 people are permanent, as are the changes, adaptations, improvements.

Fascinated by everyone's ability (collaborators and patients) to bounce back, adapt, rebuild, I took several personal development training courses and also obtained the certificate in Leadership in 2016 and in Coaching in 2018. First to get to know myself better, I especially discovered various tools and techniques of great wealth. In a formal or indirect way, the person looking for an answer, a challenge, inspiration, walks towards his own solution, the one that best suits him and which results from his intimate and personal reflections.

Born in a favorable environment close to nature, I grew up running happily, barefoot and looking up to Heaven. Child curious about everything, I dreamed a lot. Frightened at first, I was quickly able to observe links without however daring to speak of interpretation.

Fascinated by this mode of communication, I awoke to Jungian psychology. Thanks to the Antenne romande of the CG Jung-Institut Zürich, which offered training in the form of a workshop to the general public, I was able to deepen Jungian thought and the reading of the stars.

My path then developed in the field of energy care.   Passionate about Dr. Bach's career, I followed the training and settled down as a preparer of Bach Flowers, I practiced reiki, plantar relaxing massage. Inspired by dreams, I took a personal path by developing my own floral preparations and solarized oils. In 1997, I joined an alternative therapy firm which dissolved in 2001.

With a commercial background, I took up a dependent activity with the umbrella association of health insurers, which defended the interests of the insured.   This period helped me grow my children by devoting myself to their education.

Following the relocation of the cantonal office, I joined an EMS with the elderly. Working in a place of life that wants to be a place of work requires a search for harmony and mutual respect without flaws. To contiue….

Through this rich and new experience, I discovered the power of love…. and the other facet: the love of power. The immense difficulty in communicating, the inability to love each other in order to be well for work. I noted with horror the pain of the teams when the climate is deleterious. The suffering generated by conflict at work and this disconnection from oneself creates an unfathomable void. The poverty of hearts ruins the journey of the Soul, however beautiful it may be.

How then to bring back peace, self-esteem, motivation to be able, in turn, to love and share daily life in harmony? I had a new workhorse...

Aware of having a real role to play both professionally and personally, I undertook coaching training with the SECA and then that of CHO (Chief Happiness Office) to influence and positively transform a professional environment.

Endowed with a joyful and confident nature, I truly believe in the Universal Sacred Man. It's up to us to be the link. Let us have, find the courage to be afraid!
